Cable Core:

The Blue Max™ control cable uses a stainless steel stranded core matched to its 3" stroke and 4" bend radius. The core slides within a PTFE liner, ensuring low-friction and extended service life under tight routing conditions.

Depending on application load and motion type, other strand constructions (e.g., solid wire or multi-strand) may be offered as part of OEM customization.

Conduit Construction:

• Inner tube: PTFE
• Reinforcement: steel wire or monocoil wrap
• Outer jacket: LDPE or Nylon, heat/chemical/UV-resistant
All interfaces swaged or threaded per spec, tested for stroke consistency, linear resistance, and end load capacity.
